Enrollment & Scheduling

Enrollment is designed to provide consistency, flexibility, and steady progress while accommodating your family’s schedule.

Spring & Fall

(Mar-May/Aug-Nov)

During the school year, availability becomes more limited due to school schedules and after-school demand. Lessons are structured around school hours, with evenings and weekends filling quickly.

Spring and Fall enrollment is designed for families committed to steady, meaningful progress. Spring allows swimmers to build strong foundations heading into summer, while Fall provides an opportunity to reinforce skills gained during summer and continue advancing without losing momentum.

To secure a preferred time slot, swimmers enroll through prepaid lesson packages that reserve a recurring weekly lesson time rather than individual sessions and ensures structured continuity throughout the season.

Summer

(June and July)

Summer scheduling offers the greatest flexibility and availability, with options for recurring weekly enrollment as well as accelerated and intensive lesson formats.

Due to increased demand and frequent weather variability, pre-paid packages are strongly recommended to reserve preferred time slots and maintain scheduling continuity. Accelerated consecutive-day programs are offered during summer on a limited basis to support rapid progress and vacation scheduling.

Tuition reserves your time slot rather than individual sessions.

Due to increased demand, evening time slots during summer are reserved for Monthly Recurring Enrollment. Weekend availability remains limited and scheduled based on capacity.

Evening Availability (Spring & Fall)

Evening lessons are offered in limited capacity during the school year to accommodate working families and student schedules. Due to high demand and restricted family availability, 1-2 evening placements are reserved and can be pre-scheduled on select days only.

Priority is given to:
• Families committing to consistent weekly scheduling
• Multi-lesson or package enrollment
• Swimmers preparing for accelerated or team-focused goals

Families unable to secure an evening placement during the spring may consider expanded to the summer, when additional evening availability is typically offered, and with increased lesson frequency swimmers can intensify learning in a shorter timespan than originally anticipated.

Trial Lessons
A single introductory session designed to assess skill level and overall fit before committing.

Occasional Swimmers
Ideal for families seeking short-term or flexible scheduling (seasonal returns, refresher sessions, etc.).

Winter

(Dec-Feb)

Winter is not considered a primary growth season due to limited availbility as a result of reduced daylight and weather variability. Winter enrollment is best suited for highly committed returning families. It is designed as a continuation option for those who prefer not to take a seasonal break.

To participate in winter lessons, pools must be consistently heated to a minimum of 86°F (solar covers alone are not sufficient). Final lesson decisions are based on both water and air temperatures, wind conditions, and swimmer’s comfort level. COld tolerance must be carefully considered as it significantly affect’s a performance.

Lessons may be paused or rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.

Weekend Availability

Weekend lessons are designed to accommodate families who are unable to attend weekday sessions.

Weekend placements are best suited for:
• School-aged swimmers
• Families committing to consistent enrollment
• Accelerated or short-term intensive scheduling

Saturday provides greater lesson availability, while Sunday placements remain very limited to preserve family time. Weekend time slots fill quickly each season. Dual enrollment is for famillies committed to retention and conditioning.

Prepaid packages, multi-lesson weekly formats, or accelerated programs receive priority scheduling to secure a reserved placement.

Lesson Frequency Options:

Lessons may be scheduled as:

• Once weekly recurring sessions
• Twice or three times per week for steady, accelerated progress
• Short-term accelerated programs (3-day or 5-day consecutive sessions)

Twice-weekly lessons are recommended for swimmers seeking faster confidence and skill development.

Multi-Lesson Weekly (2-3x Per Week)

Ideal for:
• Local families
• Long-term enrollment

• Families seeking consistent weekly structure

Additional weekly sessions strengthen retention and accelerate progress compared to once-weekly lessons — while maintaining balance.

Designed for swimmers seeking focused, rapid development through consecutive daily lessons.

By minimizing gaps between sessions, swimmers build momentum quickly and often accomplish in one week what may take several weeks with standard weekly scheduling.

Ideal for:
• Vacationing families
• Seasonal residents
• Summer intensives
• Swimmers preparing for team placement
• Families seeking accelerated progress

Program Options:
• 3-Day Consecutive Intensive (weekday or weekend, based on availability)
• 5-Day Weekday Intensive

Availability is limited. Priority scheduling applies.
