When multiple swimmers are scheduled back-to-back at one location:

Swimmingly values family consistency and community learning. When lessons are scheduled efficiently at one location, savings are shared.
Prepaid Lesson Package Rates
For structured commitment with built-in savings
Reserve your recurring weekly lesson time with a prepaid package. Packages provide structured continuity, scheduling stability, and committment to progress — without requiring monthly auto-billing.

Sibling Rates
As a parent of five, I understand how quickly costs can add up for families. My goal is to keep lessons as accessible as possible, so every child has the opportunity to learn essential water safety skills—because no child should miss out due to cost.
Each additional sibling scheduled back-to-back at the same location receives 40% off the base lesson rate

Make-Up Lesson Policy
Make-Up Lessons
Make-ups are scheduled based on open availability in the calendar and may not always occur the same week.
Unused make-ups do not carry forward indefinitely and must be used within the current session or package
Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the missed lesson and are subject to availability.
Unused make-up lessons beyond this timeframe will be forfeited.
Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
Because lesson times are reserved specifically for your swimmer and travel time is built into the schedule, the following policy helps keep scheduling fair for all families.
24-Hour Notice Required
Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled as a make-up lesson based on availability.
Late Cancellations
Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered late cancellations and may not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Illness or Emergencies
If your child is sick, please notify me as soon as possible. I do my best to offer flexibility for illness when possible, but make-up availability cannot be guaranteed.
Instructor Cancellations
If I ever need to cancel due to weather, illness, or pool availability, your lesson will always be rescheduled.
No-Shows
Lessons missed without notice are considered a no-show and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Multi-Lesson Weekly Rates

2 sessions weekly take $10 off total. 3 sessions weekly take $20 off total

Group Lesson Structure
Shared time. Individualized instruction. Structured value. A cost-effective way to build skills alongside friends while still receiving individualized instruction
Group rates apply when a minimum of two swimmers are confirmed and scheduled together at one location. Families seeking group instruction are responsible for organizing their own group. While a waitlist may be maintained for potential matches, Swimmingly cannot guarantee group placement.
Swimmingly prioritizes individualized attention. Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure each swimmer receives meaningful instruction and correction time within the session.
60-minute group sessions allow for deeper instruction, skill refinement, and endurance development while maintaining meaningful individual feedback time.
Groups larger than 4 swimmers require extended session time and are subject to instructor approval.
Group Lesson Attendance Policy
Group rates apply only when all scheduled swimmers are present. If a swimmer is absent, the lesson will convert to a private lesson and be charged at the standard private rate.
If group participants frequently miss sessions, discounted group rates may be adjusted.
Weekly Lesson Discount & Attendance Policy
Multi-lesson weekly discounts are based on consistent attendance. To maintain discounted rates, swimmers are expected to attend their scheduled weekly sessions.
If lessons are missed or canceled frequently, discounted rates may be adjusted or removed.
Cancellation + Discount Protection
• 2x/week swimmers:
Up to 1 cancellation per month may be rescheduled without affecting the discounted rate. Additional missed lessons may be charged at the standard single-lesson rate.
• 3x/week swimmers:
Up to 2 cancellations per month may be rescheduled without affecting the discounted rate. Additional missed lessons may be charged at the standard single-lesson rate.

Group lessons are perfect for friends, siblings, or family members who enjoy learning together in a fun, shared environment.
Multi-lesson weekly discounts are built in for swimmers attending 2 or more times per week.

Instructional Guidelines
Group sizes are intentionally limited to preserve safety, engagement, and meaningful individual feedback.
• 30 minutes — Maximum 2 swimmers
• 45 minutes — Recommended for 2–4 swimmers
• 60 minutes — Recommended for 3–5 swimmers
• Larger groups (up to 6 swimmers) considered based on skill level and pool setup
Family Group Rates
Family lessons allow siblings to participate in the same session. Rates are shown as a total family investment, while instruction remains individualized for each swimmer.

Toddler Session Structure & Rates
Toddler sessions are structured as 30-minute reserved blocks. Active swim engagement at this age typically ranges from 15–20 minutes, with the remaining time intentionally devoted to acclimation, emotional regulation, safety routines, and caregiver guidance.
Single Session (1x weekly): $40
Consistency Plan (2+ sessions weekly): $30
Repetition and routine significantly improve comfort, confidence, and long-term skill retention at this age.
Summer Dual Weekend Option:
Back-to-back lessons that reinforce skills and build confidence quickly.
Includes consecutive Saturday and Sunday lessons without long gaps between sessions to maximize measurable momentum in a short timeframe. Ideal for families seeking concentrated weekend structure.
30 Min Saturday + 30 Min Sunday Total: $100
45 Min Saturday + 45 Min Sunday Total: $150
WEATHER POLICY
Weather Policy
Florida weather can be unpredictable, and safety is always the top priority.
Rainy season typically runs from May through November, with frequent late afternoon and early evening storms. Lessons scheduled during these times may be more heavily impacted.
For safety, lessons will not be conducted if lightning is detected within a 9-mile radius. I actively monitor weather conditions and make all decisions with extreme caution. These decisions are final and must be respected.
There may be times when:
A lesson is canceled and the weather clears unexpectedly
A lesson begins but must end early due to changing conditions
These decisions are made with safety in mind at all times.
Make-up lessons will be offered for weather-related cancellations, based on availability.
Families requesting lesson times during peak storm hours should be aware that:
Consistency may be affected
Cancellations may be more frequent
It is strongly recommended to have a backup day or time to allow for rescheduling when needed.
Safety decisions are made at my discretion and are non-negotiable

Financial Access & Flexible Options
Swimmingly’s goal is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn essential water safety and swimming skills. If you have financial concerns, there are several ways to make lessons more accessible:
• Group lessons with friends
• Family or sibling sessions
• Back-to-back lessons at the same pool location
These options allow families to share instruction time while maintaining quality and structure. Reduced travel rates may apply when multiple swimmers are scheduled consecutively at the same location
A limited number of sliding-scale placements or structured payment plans may also be available for families experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire directly to discuss options confidentially.
